Shipping policy
Delivery
- We ship worldwide with PostNL, as a tracked letterbox parcel, to the address you give with your order. You receive the tracking code by email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Shipping costs depend on the country and the weight of your order. You see them at checkout, before you pay. We charge shipping on small orders as well.
- Products that are in stock ship right away. We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, unless we have agreed a different term with you, as with a pre-order.
- If we cannot meet that term, we will let you know. You may then cancel your order free of charge and you get your money back within 14 days.
- The risk of loss or damage is ours until you have received the order. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us. We send the product again or refund you.

Delivery times are estimates from PostNL. Holidays and customs can cause delays. We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba.
Pre-order
- For a pre-order, the expected delivery term is shown on the product page and in your cart. The Knutten expansion will be delivered in early 2027.
- You pay when you order.
- If you order a pre-order together with other products, those ship right away and the pre-order follows as soon as it is available. You pay for shipping once.
- You may cancel a pre-order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.
Orders outside the EU
For a shipment to a country outside the EU, customs may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees. Those costs are paid by the recipient, usually on delivery.
